General Provisions

Lukkly maintains two account balances: the Real Balance and the Bonus Balance. Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and available for wagering under this policy. A player may possess multiple bonus offers, but only one bonus may be active for wagering at any time. Activation, visibility and eligibility of bonuses depend on the player's profile and the terms of the offer; bonuses may be issued via email, SMS or other permitted channels.

Bonus Eligibility and Receipt

• Bonuses are offered to eligible players in accordance with promotional rules. Non-personal or system-wide bonuses may be displayed in a player’s account but are not guaranteed for every player.
• Participation in a bonus requires a first deposit or meeting the criteria specified in the offer, unless the bonus is explicitly a no-deposit promotion.
• Bonuses may be cancelled, altered or suspended in whole or in part at Lukkly's sole discretion, without prior notice, and such action shall not affect already redeemed bonuses unless stated otherwise.

Activation, Use and Cancellation of Bonuses

• A player may maintain multiple bonuses but may not wager with more than one active bonus at a time. Switching between active bonuses is allowed where the offer permits it.
• A bonus becomes withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements are fully met, except where the bonus is explicitly non-cashable or non-withdrawable as defined in the specific offer.
• A player may cancel an active bonus by contacting Customer Support. If the bonus is cancelled, any remaining bonus funds or winnings derived from that bonus may be forfeited unless the offer provides otherwise.
• If a bonus is cancelled or the account is closed, future promotions may be withheld in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms.

Wagering Requirements and Bonus Conversions

Wagering requirements determine when bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. The standard framework is as follows:

• Standard deposit-based bonuses: 30 times the total bonus amount (deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility applies. For example, a €10 deposit with a €10 bonus requires €20 of total wagering to reach the threshold.
• No-deposit or non-deposit bonuses: 60 times the bonus amount must be wagered, unless the offer specifies a different requirement.
• Wagering contributions by game type are defined as: Slots 100%; Card games (e.g., blackjack, video poker) 5%; Roulette 0%; Live casino 0%; and other games as specified in the individual bonus terms. Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely.
• The maximum permissible bet during wagering is the lesser of 10% of the original/credited bonus amount or the equivalent of 5 in the account’s currency per wager, with a stated minimum wager of 0.10.

Bonus Funds, Real Money Bets and Flow of Winnings

• When a bet uses both Real Money and Bonus Money, any resultant winnings are allocated to the Bonus Balance until the wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Real Balance is used first; once the Real Balance is exhausted, wagering continues against the Bonus Balance until the requirements are met or the bonus is consumed.
• Winnings generated from bonus wagers become part of the Bonus Balance and contribute toward the wagering requirements. Withdrawals are allowed only after the wagering criteria are fully satisfied, subject to any other restrictions in the offer.

Game Contributions and Restrictions

Bonuses are subject to game contribution rules. Typical contributions are as follows, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Slots and Scratch games: 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Table games (e.g., blackjack, video poker): 5% toward wagering requirements.
• Roulette: 0% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino: 0% toward wagering requirements.
• Certain games may be explicitly excluded from wagering contributions. The full exclusion list is available in the individual bonus terms.

Promotions, Irregular Play and Abuse

• Lukkly reserves the right to monitor transactions and playing patterns for irregular or abusive activity. If irregular play is detected, bonuses and related winnings may be removed and accounts restricted or closed.
• Multiple accounts, collusion or other forms of bonus abuse may lead to suspension and confiscation of funds, including bonuses and winnings.
• Bonuses may be cancelled, reduced or withdrawn if misused, disputed by a payment provider, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Withdrawal, Forfeiture and Non-Cashable Bonuses

Withdrawals are permitted only after the applicable wagering requirements are met, subject to the specific terms of the offer. If a withdrawal is requested before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited or forfeited in part, unless the offer specifies otherwise. Non-cashable bonuses are not converted to real balance after wagering completion and, if remaining, may be removed from the Bonus Balance.

Bonus Expiry, Pending Bonuses and Expiry Handling

Bonuses and free spins have expiry periods as defined in the offer. A Pending Bonus appears when it becomes available only after wagering or other conditions are fulfilled. If wagering or activation criteria are not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings may be removed from the account, subject to the offer terms.

Free Spins, Cashback and Special Offers

• Free spins are granted as part of a promotion or deposit offer and are typically subject to a separate wagering requirement and an expiry period stated in the offer.
• Cashback bonuses may be offered based on the player’s VIP status and account activity. Cashback is credited to the Bonus Balance and is subject to wagering requirements and caps defined in the offer.
• VIP tiers may influence bonus generosity, wagering multipliers, and cashback caps as announced in the applicable VIP terms.

Promotions and Policy Updates

Lukkly reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate bonus offers or terms at any time. Changes shall not affect bonuses already redeemed unless the offer itself provides otherwise.

For clarifications or to address disputes related to bonuses, players should contact Customer Support before engaging in activities that may affect bonus eligibility. All interpretations and decisions regarding bonuses rest with Lukkly and are final unless required by applicable law.
